东庞矿大断面沿空巷道快速掘进工艺研究

摘要:

为缓解东庞矿采掘接替紧张局面,从根本上解决掘进施工进尺慢,巷道质量标准化程度低的问题,通过采取改进水文地质钻探工艺,优化巷道支护设计参数,采用新设备、新工艺,优化劳动组织,合理穿插平行作业,挂图作战、倒排工期等工艺措施,有效提高了大断面煤巷进尺,创造了东庞矿大断面沿空巷道月进尺1050m新水平。

Abstract:

To relieve the tension of mining and tunneling replacing of DongPang Coal Mine and to eradicate the problem of slow advancing footage and low level of roadway quality-standardization, this paper, through improving drilling process of hydrogeology, optimizing the design parameters of roadway support, utilizing new devices and new technology, optimizing the labor organization, intersecting reasonably and parallel operation, wall chat operation, reversing schedule and so on, increases the large cross-section’s coal roadway’s advancing footage and creates the new level of 1050m of the monthly advancing footage of the large cross-section’s gob-side entry of DongPang Coal Mine.
